Cancellation Policy for Effective Cleaning Services We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our staff, considering the time and resources allocated to each booking. Cancellations Made At Least 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Job: A 10% handling fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. The remaining balance will be refunded to the client or credited for future services. Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Job: For general cleaning jobs, a €70 cancellation fee will apply. For deep cleaning jobs, a €100 cancellation fee will apply. These fees cover the costs of scheduling and preparing for the job. Cancellations When Cleaners Have Already Arrived at the Job Location: If a cancellation is made once the cleaners have arrived at your location, the full service fee (100%) will be charged. This policy accounts for the time, effort, and resources already committed to your appointment. How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment: Please contact us directly via phone or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our team will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees based on the timing of your request. Important Notes: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
