Effective Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellations (General & Deep Cleaning Services)
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 10% handling fee. This covers administrative costs, credit card processing, and scheduling resources.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% service fee. This is due to last-minute schedule gaps that cannot be filled.
Weekly and Bi-weekly cleaning packages can not be cancelled under any circumstances. We can postpone cleaning, but a plan can't be cancelled until it runs out
2. Rescheduling Policy
General Cleaning Services Rescheduling a service within 72 hours is considered a cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.
Deep Cleaning Services Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a €70 rescheduling fee, payable before the new appointment is confirmed.
3. Cleaning Plans (Subscription Services)
Clients enrolled in monthly or recurring cleaning plans (minimum 6-month term) cannot cancel their plan before the term ends. Plans are binding until the end of the agreed 6-month period.
After the 6 month minimum term, clients must rebook to start their subscriptions

5. Refunds
All applicable refunds (if any) will be processed within 21–31 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
